This stuff works great 100% seals, it dries like rubber, seals 100%. Used to seal base of indoor water feature and is perfect. Left for 2 days to fully set as I used alot of this on it. After 2 days it was perfect. Only thing I would say is only buy size of tin you require as this does not keep, I bought large tin, used it and refitted/sealed lid back on, went back to it 2 months later and the rest of tin was rubber as it had set whilst it was sealed so had to bin it and buy more (but smaller tin this time).

Bought to seal the overlap on a summer house roof. It's easy enough to apply. I painted over the overlaps and pushed it into the join. The first time it rained, there was less of a leak, but it wasn't as water-tight as I'd hoped. So I put on a second coat, and widened the strip. However, there is still a leak from somewhere.
The roof has a slight slope, not as steep as a normal shed, and some of the boards have warped, so rainwater puddles on the roof. I will have to put on another coat(s?) in the area of the puddle.
