How do I plant using Hardys Aquatic Compost? (1)

Line an aquatic basket with either foam or hessian liner. Fill the basket approximately half full with our compost. Place the plant carefully in the desired position in the basket, add more compost around the roots and gently firm into place.

How do I plant using Hardys Aquatic Compost? (2)

Fill with further compost to a level approximately 2.5cm below the top edge of basket. Give a final firming and then add a top layer of pea shingle/coarse gravel. This will help keep the compost in place and prevent excessive muddying of the water.
