This is a great harness set, but, like everything, it's only as good as the setup. Be sure to pay attention to the tilt angle because you can easily find yourself recording a different view to the one you intend - don't ask me how I know!

You get two decent quality harnesses and a solid bracket into which you can mount a phone or a camera. The DJI Osmo Action 4 sits nicely - but, as I say, watch that tilt and lock it down ;)

Harness holder kits for the GoPro are very common but this is the first one I have seen with a mobile phone holder attachment.

The mobile phone accessary is a bit fiddly to setup but once setup it works well.

The body harness is well made and unlike my pre-existing one that was too tight, it has plenty of adjustment so actually fits me and is comfortable.

The head harness is also very adjustable and comfortable so will fit most people. It has some type of anti-slip coating on the inside of the elasticated straps.

The kit comes with a lanyard but your phone or phone case will need a mounting hole for it.

There is one part that is not properly documented and it turns out to be a plastic wrench for tightening up the thumbscrews.

Worth shortlisting.

These accessories are the standard cheap accessories you come across. Don't expect them to last or provide a lot of comfort. For example you can get chest mounts with padding which are much better. I actually ordered this more for the phone mount as these are great for attaching your phone to your bicycle with. Won't stand up to too much abuse but will do the job for the time being.

I got this set for using with my GOPRO, although the chest strap and accompanying accessories will also allow you to secure a mobile phone as well as a GOPRO like action camera. The set really is quite comprehensive with a variety of straps buckles and accessories for attaching you camera/phone. All the straps are elasticated and good quality, the head strap also has a rubberised inner surface for aiding grip. I’m generally hand holding my SLR, so what I wanted was a way to head mount my GOPRO so that whilst taking photos the action camera would record the whole event. Once adjusted the head mount fitted my head quite well providing a secure attachment. The front plastic mounting panel is curved so that it lies well on the forehead. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of this set, its well made and functional and should meet most head and chest mounting requirements.

The head and chest mount are brackets attached to elasticated straps. Whilst a little fiddly to put together, once done they are quite strong. The chest straps are adjustable and fit me comfortably (49" chest) with a little bit extra for larger sizes.
The kit is quite comprehensive containing everything one needs, including tightening spanner with cord to prevent loss and a neck lanyard for suitable phones to prevent ground impact should ones phone come loose.
I have used them with a Galaxy S10 without issue, but with some caution as my phone doesn't accept the safety lanyard. So far they have allowed good hands free results on dog walks and dog training videos. They've also offered good video witnesses footage when another person's dog has caused trouble, but they accusevthe dogs with me or mine.
There are probably better alternatives out there but for my first chest + head mounts I'm very happy with them. It's overall quality is good for my purposes but I cannot pass judgement on their use for more extreme activities.

I live in a rural area and take my dogs out walking in secluded spots on my own (female). I wanted to use my phone as a type of bodycam just to make me feel a bit safer when out and about with the dogs. With this kit I can.

Both the head and chest mounts are adjustable so should fit most people. The mobile phone mount is not spring-loaded like my tripod one is, but it screws to secure the phone in place. I find this easier to use.

It works great with my old iphone 7 plus, even with its case on. I find the mount holds the phone securely and doesn't droop or fall loose at all.

There is also a mount for action cameras which I don't own, so I can't comment on how well it performs with action cameras.

This set works exactly as intended for my personal requirements, and going out with the phone strapped to me recording just gives me a little piece of mind when I'm in the secluded countryside alone. I've also kept a couple of the recordings of the dog walks too so I can look back on them as a momento when the dogs leave us, as a dog's life is short.

A professional vlogger might want something a bit more fancy and substantial, as this is perhaps a little basic. But for hobby vloggers or for making casual recordings for personal use, this is well worth the money in my opinion.
