I have now just ordered some more for myself at home as I am now working from home and my daughter is studying from home. They keep your headset or headphones to hand but also out of the way. Excellent value headset hangers, with a sturdy and tidy black finish.

I currently use these for the headsets of my family (myself, partner and two children) who each have a PC setup and they work very well, with no issues.

Unfortunately, a very slight downfall is that the adhesive pads used to stick them to the surface of something (in my case, the side of my monitor), you can see a white-coloured adhesive residue of the pads, resulting in a not-perfect finish. Although this doesn't impact performance at all, and remains highly recommended.

The hooks were presented in a 21cm x 15cm clear firm re-sealable plastic bag. Each item was individually packed (together with a double-backed sticker) in small re-sealable plastic bags. The hooks are made of strong plastic and are lightweight.

Usage:

After finally being fed up of seeing my headphone crawling all over my desk, I decided to give it a permanent home! Not wishing to utilise any space on my desk, I opted for a monitor hook instead. I chose to buy Mudder’s hooks as they had good reviews and are value for money.

I peeled the tape from off one side of the 3M sticker and inserted it into the section at the back of the hook. I then removed the tape from the other side, placed it in position and pressed down and held for about 30 seconds. As I wanted a very firm hold, I decided to wait at least 1 hour before using it. This is not necessary, it was only my personal choice.

As shown in my photos, the headphone is now in a more secured place. The hook is firmly set on my monitor and there is absolutely no chance of it falling off. This is such a smart look, my only regret is that I did not buy this product sooner.

Conclusion:

Mudder’s 4 pack Headphone Monitor Hooks are great value for money. I can highly recommend them.

Purchased these thinking how bad can they be, very simple design serving a simple purpose.

How wrong was I, the first one I stuck to my desk, left for maybe 12 hours and proceeded to place my brand new Bose QC35 (which are very very light may I add) on them, the hanger initially felt very solid, however it lasted for around 3 days then fell off. So I thought I'd try again, this time I stuck a new one on, and left it for a full 48 hours, this time they lasted an abysmal 2 days before crashing onto my paper shredder below.

Don't bother with these, save your money and spend a little more on a product that actually does what it says, and certainly do not place your brand new £300 headphones on.

The inverted L shaped bracket mount works great on the corners of my monitors. Without the short leg of the L going over the top of the monitor, the double stick tape wouldn't hold the bracket in place because of shear forces. I put tape on both of the legs which made it hard to get both the short leg and the long let to mate with the monitor properly. You need to come in at a 45 degree angle so that the short leg, the long leg, and inside corner of the bracket mount contact the terminal at about the same time. Make sure that both legs are making contact before pressing the legs against the terminal. Once the tape has adhered, it is very sticky and difficult to adjust or move.
