This Ashpan was ordered with the suitable coal grate for our fire. The Ashpan arrived today. It is however far too small and has the wrong fitting carry handle. Our original carry handle has a bar which we slot our carrier underneath.
Your Ashpan is 11 inches and is nowhere near 16inches which was my order with you. So I know for a fact the coal grate will be too small too which so far hasn’t arrived yet.I am a disabled person and this will necessitate me finding someone to help me to wrap and return your goods.
