The machine is very good and does what our condenser tumble dryer does in the third of the time and because it’s not on for hours at a time is more efficient bizarrely.
Only gripe is be careful of the delivery from ��غ�� as he literally left it on our doorstep without ringing the bell in the rain. I luckily saw him turn up and then he came back when he saw me for a signature, not this companies fault though.

It doesn't dry clothes after 1hr 44 mins. The rubber inside the door has melted after 3 uses!!
The felt collector is not easily opened to empty.
Door collects water and is v hot and takes a long time to cool so you can not empty it.
The water collector if dropped would v easily crack making it unusable.
In all I would not recommend. I would not recommend Hoover. Very poorly made and designed.

This dryer is everything I could possibly want. Easy to work the clothes come out and they look really good. It's quick aswell so economic on electricity.
I was disappointed with the delivery service however. The dryer was put in the conservatory but when I asked them to unwrap it which is what I thought they were supposed to do they said they weren't allowed. So I had to get someone else to do it and place it where it was meant to go. It kind of put me off ordering a large item again.
