I didn't plant it deep enough and wasted my time and money as it was eaten by animals. Some even emerged from the ground when it rained because they were not planted deep enough.

This bulb digger helps tremendously, quickly and easily for a beautiful flower bed. This digger is very solid, quality made. If you tighten the levers, you can enlarge the holes. There are markings on the sides that show how deep you made the holes. The dirt stays in the digger and goes up like a dirt plug, very nice.
