Had problems with gas supply so had to change to all electric cooker. Cooker arrived within 2 days but had to wait for electrician to fit power supply before I could use it. Looks great in my kitchen. Was unsure about the main oven door as it didn’t sound as if it was closing properly. First thing I did when fitted was bake a cake to test bottom oven. It came out perfect so obviously it has a quiet door closure. Everything else is working fine. Lovely big grill, spacious ovens. Easy to use. Hopefully serve me well for a few years. Very pleased with purchase.

So I recently had to return a faulty hotpoint induction cooker which was an absolute nightmare to use and to return and i said to myself I will never buy another hotpoint or induction but anyway checked for a while done a little research and came across this ceramic hotpoint on amazon, At the time it seemed to be ok with some good reviews so I took the risk and went for it and all I can say is this is a much better cooker than the induction, I wish i just bought this in the first place!, It just does everything much better, Toast cooks great in this along with everything else and also looks great so if your looking for a new cooker then look no further because this is defintely the one you want a decent price and does everything perfect, Time will tell but according to other people this is a cooker with some longvity!.

Bought as a present for my girlfriend because the oven door on the previous cooker exploded one day. It took me about 30 minutes to install it, no surprises during installation (don't do this yourself if you don't know what you're doing, 30 amps will kill you instantly). The cooker was very easy to move across the tiled kitchen floor, it just glides. It looks very nice now it's installed and the controls are very intuitive. My girlfriend cooked her amazing lasagna which I hadn't had for about 6 months due to lack of an oven and it was every bit as good as I remembered it, it was worth the money for this alone.

See pics. You can see the other three are fine but this one which we have barely used is getting steadily worse.

Then the bottom cooker fan started making a weird off kilter vibration so we turned it off and had to use the top oven instead. I could have overlooked the marks but now I'm worried about the oven. I wrote to the seller and they just told me to call the manufacturer.
