So the inherent weakness of the Fiat 500
Handle means these aftermarket replacements are great. For sure maybe keep the original and replace the hinge but in truth why bother when it is so easy to replace the whole thing for little more money and less fuss. Looks great and fits well with some jiggling.

Bought this to replace a broken door handle on my daughters Fiat 500.

It's easy enough to fit although there will be doubt that it actually fits when trying to seat it into its final position. It fits fine and its a twist pull and slide type of movement that gets its where it need to be.
I spent some time cursing saying it doesn't fit and tried to force it into place which wouldn't work, but then by accident I moved it a certain way and it popped straight into place.
It looks good, works perfect and you can't tell its not an genuine Fiat manufactured handle apart from the huge saving.

But the design isn’t right - the latching part to the inner door rod doesn’t sit flush to the car door, which means that it doesn’t move the handle in and out as it should. Either the top would go in, or the bottom. But not both. For half the price, but the broken hinge rather than replacing the full handle.
