It mixes really easily in hot drinks with no nasty clumps left on the top, it's virtually taste free in coffee. I saw results within the first couple of weeks particularly with my knee pain but also with my nails appearing much stronger. My hair feels much better as well. The benefits increased with time. I'll keep using this and definitely recommend you give it a try too.

No scoop was included in mine and other customers have photo proof of being given a scoop.
