IRWIN QUICK-GRIP Mini One-Handed Bar Clamp 6” (150mm) 2 Pack, comes with a sustained clamping force of up to 63kg (140 lbs), which is ideal for light duty applications such as woodworking and a variety of smaller projects. This mini clamp is designed for ease of use, with an ergonomic grip and a Quick-Release trigger that allows simple, one-handed operation. The heat-treated, black oxide carbon steel i-beam bar offers superior durability while the non-marring pads protect the workpiece.

I use my clamps (21 of this length and about a dozen of the 300mm) for almost everything, even when I'm using TIG as long as it's not anywhere where they become hot or even melt.
Mostly they're used for Woodwork, and they are so very useful, especially when you're glueing up two long pieces (they'd be narrow of course), although I have several sizes of other models of Irwin Clamps, and they are ALL brilliant. I've never managed to bend or break any of the parts except maybe the pads on the end, I lost one somewhere and it's been lost for over six years now so I'm unlikely to find it ( I've never seen any spare pads for sale anywhere).

Rest assured, if you buy these clamps you will never be disappointed in their quality, performance or their longevity ...... there are cheaper variants around but they are all rubbish as far as I'm concerned as I've tried several over the the last 50 years (I'm 70 and I've seen most of em ).

Stick with these and you won't go wrong!
