The order process was quick & simple, the delivery was quick & on-time, well packaged and no damage!
The cooker was reasonably easy to fit, more of an issue getting to extend the relatively short cable/plug & feed cables behind enclosed cupboard & fitted freezer unit, but that was more of a kitchen layout issue rather than a cooker issue!
My mother needed a cooker with relatively basic controls as her old one was more digital and quite complex for an elderly lady to understand, so this fitted the bill well.
Cooker Fan is quiet whilst on & the internal light stays on during cooking process.
The manual knob for a 60min timer is good.
Only one issue was that it comes with only 1 shelf and 1 drip tray ... would be better to have an option to increase tray numbers & ideally have a grill pan with removable handle would be great!
