Ingredients

Noodles: WHEAT FLOUR (67%), refines palm oil (contains antioxidant E319), salt, acidity regulator (E451, E501, E 500), thickener (E412), colour (E101). Seasoning Powder: Sugar, salt flavour enhancers (E621, E627, E631), garlic powder artificial flavour (4.5%), onion powder, yeast extract, colour (E150a), anticaking agent (E551). Seasoning Oil: Refined palm oil (contains antioxidant E319), onion. Sweet Soy Sauce: Sugar, water, salt, WHEAT, SOYBEAN, spices, SESAME OIL. Chili Powder.

Directions

Add the pasta to sparkling boiling water (400 ml) and boil lightly for 3 minutes. Mix the contents of the seasoning packets (according to your own taste) on a plate while the pasta is cooked. Pour away the pasta water and drip the pasta well. Add the pasta to the condiments and mix them with it. The pasta is now ready to serve.

These are my favourite instant noodles and as many people add.. just great if you are feeling lazy too.

HOWEVER... just be wary there are multiple different versions of these for different markets. and this version currently (Nov/Dec '24) are the ones made for 'Export' (for a western palate).

So they do not have the Spicy sauce (instead has chilli powder) and does not have the fried onions.
I think there is a little less of the flavouring as general as they did not taste as intense as normal.

I really like these, very tasty, I can make a real meal from them. I cut up a lot of veg quite small, fry them in toasted sesame oil, I then add the seasoning from the packet and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Next I add the noodles to the wok with the veg etc, add a good splash of water, enough to barely cover the noodles. Cook on high while stirring for a couple of minutes until most of the water has evaporated and it's ready. You can add garlic onions or whatever you like, it makes a very tasty and nutritious meal at a low cost.

I purchased 85g (Pack of 40)
Im a fan of this product. it is very tasty and happy with quality.
The problem I had was I received 80g pack even product description said 85g pack.

Seller said this is simply a case of different countries packing, contents you get are the same.
I get it, so I suggested to update their information on amazon for their benefit because i felt i've been cheated by the product title.

But they had just justified their action by telling me what manufacture told them which is both are the same, so why not seller says "80g" as package says.

Probably Im having more problem with quality of the customer service here. It seemed they are missing the point. Simply my request was to put whats on the package on product title. Don't put bigger number than actual number on package. I just wanted honesty and clarity from seller themselves not from manufacturer.
