I will get into the negatives first.

This comes with tiny micro usb cable despite it being usb type c compatible. This is bad for two reasons. One, unless I'm gonna plug it in on the floor the cables useless. Two, because it's micro usb which nobody uses anymore I have now another cable for the bin as it's tiny and useless.

This also doesn't not come with a plug because of course it doesn't. I mean this can be bought much cheaper elsewhere so they could have at least thrown in a USB plug and longer cable. It's penny pinching for these sellers at this point and it's a joke.

But the more serious problem I had with this was the fact it tried to overcharge the batteries. Meaning the got very hot after they were charged. This is dangerous for all sorts. Batteries can explode and also kills batteries life. Thinking of now returning and buying a differnt product.

The positives it is does support usb type c. Though I haven't tested it yet. It has a cable on the side which is tiny I can supposedly plug into a bank to get charge but honestly why would you ever want to do this??

Other than that it's fine. It charged all 4 batteries up. I tested 2 and they were working for about two days heavy play each. Just worried about it setting my house on fire. I would say avoid and buy a better product.

The product arrived very quickly and included everything described. It's pretty much plug & play, so once I got it, I started charging the battery packs.

They showed as fully charged fairly quickly, but once placed inside the controllers (attempted both the regular Xbox One and the Xbox Series controllers), nothing would turn on. Can't say if I received a bad batch, but the dact that none of the 4 packs worked wasn't encouraging.

Started the refund process as we speak.

I turned all the vibration features on my games off because I hated swapping out batteries so much, and the usual rechargeable batteries would only last a few days of hard gaming.

Finally broke down and bought this battery set. Wow, talk about improvement of quality of life. Each battery lasts a little under a week of daily gaming and having 4 means you'll always have a fresh one at hand. You could easily run two heavy use controllers with what you get.

When two of the batteries are dead, you hook up the charger and let it go for about 3-4 hours. Then you're ready for when the next two are dead.

I find that after it reaches full charge, I'll pop the batteries out and then plug them back in. It takes about another 20-30 minutes of charge to get them totally full. Charger is 'smart' and shows you the charge level, but it seems like it stops early.

Either way, for the money you got a lot. Very happy.
