Quick Release Squirrel Feeder Mount

Simply screw bracket to a tree or post in position shown in the digram. Then slide Nut Box on to the fixed bracket.

  1. Screw mount to tree, wall or fence with screws provided
  2. Attach mount to squirrel feeder with screws
  3. Slide NutBox Squirrel Feeder onto mounting bracket
  4. Wait and watch for squirrels to feed!

Here are some guidelines to help you choose the right location:

  1. Accessibility: Select a spot that is easily accessible for both you and the squirrels. Consider placing the feeder within your line of sight and about 1.5m from the ground.
  2. Squirrel-friendly area: Look for an area in your garden where squirrels are already active, such as near trees or shrubs they frequent. This increases the chances of attracting squirrels to the feeder.
  3. Safety: Ensure that the location you choose is safe for squirrels. Avoid areas where they may be exposed to predators, such as cats or dogs.
  4. Distance from other feeders: If you have other bird feeders or wildlife feeders in your garden, consider spacing them out to minimise competition. Squirrels may dominate the feeder if it is placed too close to a bird feeder.
  5. Visibility: Choose a location that allows you to observe the squirrels easily. Placing the feeder near a window or patio area can provide great viewing opportunities.
