It is always difficult to assess whether such supplements work, I tried many nootropics over the years but I am yet to find one that wows me.
Either way, this one has a good composition overall:
Vitamin B1, B3, B6, B5 and B12 for yielding more energy from food and for general alertness.
Zin, Gingko, Ginseng, Guarana for energy, removing brain fog, mental clarity.
It also include Lion Mane which is a mushroom known for century to support brain health.
I like that it is vegan, gluten free, contains no GMO and that it is made in the UK, where quality control is superior to regulations in other countries.
I would say that it helps with focus and mental clarity when you have a very demanding job with a lot of of problem-solving. I noticed when I stopped it that I had more brain fog and more difficulties focussing and structuring my thoughts.
It is a bit pricey, I bought it while it was on promotion because I would rather pay a bit more to have a cleaner, quality product, but it would not be reasonable to buy it too often at the full regular price.
I would recommend it, but like all supplements, I think it will be more or less effective for each individual.

I read a concerning review about this product. A lady claimed soon after her son was taking this product, he developed ulcers in his intestines. Whether it's related to some ingredients or an allergy to this product (who knows) but I noticed that I had some issues, and immediately recalled reading the review. i immediately threw these pills in the bin, and the problem went away. I think it was abdomen cramps. I also had several infections (one I believe was in the bladder) and I thought it was unusual, so I'm disparaging this product. I'm just saying what happened to me, may or may not be related to this product. So my message, is monitor your health closely. Other than that, I felt the product was beneficial mentally.

I'm a big fan of this brand, as Sleeping Genius (no longer available) was a lifesaver when I had some insomnia previously. But I just wish the doses of the Vitamin D were way lower in this product! As someone else said, the ingredients list is great - so it's an utter shame that the brain fog caused by excessive Vitamin D overshadows some potentially brilliant (albeit subtle) effects.
