• 3-Stage Intelligent Charging & Auto Power Off: The 48V lithium battery charger adopts advanced 3-stage intelligent charging technology, which is divided into pre-charging stage (T1) and rapid charging stage (T2, T3). Pre-charging stage charges in low current constant current mode, which has the function of activating, repairing and prolonging the life of batteries that have been left unused for a long time and deeply discharged batteries. When the battery is almost full, the charger will automatically reduce the AMP output to avoid overcharging and automatically switch off when fully charged to protect the health of the battery and prolong battery life.
• Fast Charging & Multiple Protection Function: Our LiFePO4 battery charger provides 18A fast charging speed, which can fully charge 48V/58.4V,100AH Li-FePO4 batteries in about 5.5 hours, and 48V/58.4V,200AH Li-FePO4 batteries in about 11 hours. If it works continuously for more than 14 hours, it will stop working automatically to prevent damage to the battery and charger. Our 48V charger also has 6 protection functions: over-voltage/over-current/over-heat/short-circuit/reverse connection/no load protection, which greatly improves the safety performance.
• OUTDOOR WATERPROOF & INTELLIGENT TEMPERATURE CONTROL: The body of the lithium battery charger is made of compact die-cast aluminium, shockproof and drop resistant. Meanwhile, the body is IP65 waterproof and the connector is IP68 waterproof, so you don't need to worry about it even when you use it outdoors in rainy and humid place. The temperature sensor design can intelligently adjust the charging voltage according to the ambient temperature to achieve the best charging effect and protect the battery health.
