Recently bought the Meta Quest3 which comes with a terrible headband.
After searching on Youtube for an alternative I came across this Kiwi K4 headband which had great reviews. Easy to fit and adjust it is comfortable to wear and makes the headset far easier to put on and take off.
This should be your first upgrade for the Quest.
