I'm impressed with this. I'm tall and play my bass guitar standing up, so needed a tall music stand - most of them are short, designed for use when seated. I didn't expect much given the low price of this stand, but it's great. Easily tall enough, simple to set up and adjust. No instructions, but so straightforward you don't need any. It's not super-sturdy, so I'm not sure I'd put a laptop on there, but I use it for songbooks and an iPad and it's fine for them.
