Positives:
No taste, easy to swallow, increased energy - feel much less tired than I usually do (and I am not even sleeping as much either), massive decrease in appetite and I am noticing some weight loss (and I have only been taking them a week).

Negatives:
Gave me a slightly dodgy stomach for a few days, the increase in energy - whilst it may be great generally when I was wide awake and could not sleep a wink before my 12.5hr night shift it was annoying! (But this is my own fault for starting to take them when I did).

At the end of the day we are all different and what works for one, may not work for another - but I am personally happy so far so will continue to take them.

Yes, these are definitely effective. I've been doing the keto diet for 6 weeks now. In the first 2 weeks I struggled to shift my weight but then I started taking these in my 3rd week of the diet and I actually did notice a difference in my weight loss, it was more rapid compared for the first 2 weeks. I must mention that during my diet I was very strict with myself in what I ate, I integrated intermittent fasting and reduced calories so I was averaging one meal or one meal one snack in a 24h period. Because of the high fat content in the diet I wasn't hungry. This eating regime together with the pills helped me to lose 6kg in 5 weeks.

I will also add that initially my body struggled to adapt to these pills sleep wise because of the high caffeine content (this is what I'm assuming). As someone who's not a coffee/tea drinker, I found that even when I took the pills in the morning I was struggling to fall asleep at night. This lasted for 5 days or so and then my body adapted. I was frustrated that these contained caffeine but I read around the topic and now understand that caffeine is included for a reason, it's part of what makes these pills effective.

Overall, I've been very happy with this purchase and have now ordered a second box. So to conclude these are effective for weight loss but you have to be on a strict keto diet for them to work. What I have written is my experience, I recognise that I might not be dieting in the most healthy fashion so please be aware when making your own choices.

I bought these after reading up on them and found them bug in size to swallow. They made me constipated, made me feel sick (which helps then to not eat) and I found that I actually out weight on becuase I wasn't eating enough during the day and found myself binging in the evening. Its my personal experience but it may work for others.
