We bought this house for our daughter's 6th birthday and it is all we have expected.
Being wood makes it sturdy house without being extremely heavy while assembling.
It has a nice feel and the details are lovely. It is really big but we took right measurement before purchasing it to make sure it fitted the bedroom so the measurements presented are accurate.
The only con is the fact it definitely requires 2-3 adults - reserve yourself a couple of hours! - to build it and the instructions are not great so the best thing is to follow the advice on the box and download the instructions app which gives step by step instructions and 3D view of each piece and how to assemble - its a great app by the way!
The lift/elevator doesn't make much sense and it is hard to manoeuvre but my daughter has never complained.
It also has enough, minimal furniture to fill the house and Barbie dolls definitely fit in it.
Its lovely and it looks beautiful, so great value for money. Really pleased with it.
