This convenient concentrated soup base allows you to prepare a delicious shoyu (soy sauce) ramen in minutes. It contains our naturally brewed Kikkoman Soy Sauce for extra umami richness and a deeper flavour. It’s easy to make the popular Japanese noodle dish of ramen at home now – simply dilute 2 tbsp of soup base with 270ml of boiling water, mix well and add cooked ramen noodles and top with meat or vegetables of your choice. Get creative too – mix up the types of noodles, meat and vegetables or add a dash of miso or kimchi. The possibilities are endless. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. To preserve the flavour, keep the bottle in the fridge once opened.
