I was rather dubious before ordering this set of tongs, I shouldn't have been. They're awesome. Sturdy, extremely efficient for purpose, and no rivets to break or come unsoldered. I like the semi flat edges to them also, I find this type easier to handle when picking up bacon, or sausages come to that.

Delivered next day, I was using them that night; they're definitely stainless steel, shiny, and rather thicker than my two old tongs, also stainless steel, but the latter two are riveted; the later two were once three but the third tongs broke at the rivet. Another reason why I love this new purchase, all in one so they're never gonna break.

All in all I'm extremely happy with my purchase of these set of tongs, and I would definitely and highly recommend them.
