High dose, 3 months supply of L Glutamine capsules, they are easy to swallow and brilliant for muscle support.
I’ve had lower lat muscle issues from cycling, I’ve noticed an increase recovery since taking these these daily.
If you have a muscle related sports injury I’d recommend these and they a good value for 90 capsules.

I won't comment on the potential benefits of glutamine supplementation as there are various reviews and analyses studying the impact of different dosages on a multitude of health markers which individuals should research themselves. That said, the product itself is simple and straightforward; an easy-to-swallow capsule (similar in size to fish oils) containing 800mg of l-glutamine. There's no significant smell or taste to it; the packaging from Nutrivo is straight to the point and contains all the ingredients & dates required with a resealable top. No frills and a reasonable price for capsules!

If you're after even better value for money or looking to take more than 1g a day, you'd be better served by purchasing a powdered form of glutamine - 500g or 1kg bags are common and fairly inexpensive in comparison. The only downside is you have to mix it into drinks/food which might have a slight impact on the flavour.

This pouch of 90 capsules is excellent for the price as this gives about three months’ supply.. L-glutamine is good for gut health and I have noticed an improvement to my immune system while taking them. I seem to ill less and for shorter periods which is very welcome.

I have given this product 5 out of 5 stars as this product appears to work, at an affordable price, with a resealable pouch and easy to swallow capsules.
