Reckless at the Albert Hall
The release captures Bryan and band at the Albert Hall over 3 nights, playing three of his albums, Reckless (1984), 18 Till I Die (1996) and So Happy It Hurts (2021). Unlike the previous Albert Hall release from 2023, all three performances are captured with the audience and that just brings live energy!So far, I have watched Reckless and 18 Till I Die sets and both were great! Full marks for the filming and the sound mix is solid. Being guitar guy, I enjoyed listening to Bryans Gibson and Keiths Stratocaster coming from two speakers with those classic rock and roll tones.Bit pricey but worth the money IMO. Recommended!

    Bryan Adams certainly knows how to remain one of the best artist/musicians around, write fantastic songs and be one of the greatest live artists there is.Any doubt then get hold of this fantastic set from 2024,enjoyed by a sell out Royal Albert Hall, bring your equally superb band and pour out the songs frpom three of your finest albums live and fresh.Add to that putting all three concerts on a blu ray disc and you have just about the best live shows by anyone this year. Over the three shows there's not a weak song in sight,some even sound better than when they were first recorded. Reckless 40 years on,then 18 Till I Die, plus the fabulous So Happy It Hurts,along the way here the London Community Gospel Choir, the floating blow up car on So Happy It Hurts,this is rock at its very best,delivered as never before, and has the audience dancing with delight. In blu ray this looks and sounds awesome and still after all these years Bryan Adams is still one of those must see live artists, see this and you'll be there next time. A fantastic release by a truly great rock artist.Don't miss this one !

    Sadly this is not live again but rehashed studio versions in a concert hall setting.
    Oh and it's one star because the album 18 till I die has not all the songs.. where is the song Black Pearl and the duet with Barbara Streisand.. I finally found someone...
    He added 2 extra songs not released with Reckless but could not release all the tracks to 18 till I die.
    The man has lost fans
    I would suggest buying the 30th anniversary of Reckless. You get the original album. The bonus tracks not released on the album and a live concert from the albums tour at the time. And the dvd of the released singles.
    Sadly bryan adams is no longer at his best
