Video Overview
Project Oxygen, by Google, analysed thousands of people’s performance data. Their conclusion was that the skill that managers are worst at is Coaching. But the skill that managers need to be best at is Coaching.
Line managers tell and know that they should coach. These coaching cards enable line managers to begin coaching. The cards provide an easy-to-follow model that begins the conversation between coach and coachee.
