Leadership Coaching Cards are for line managers who know that they should be coaching but don’t know where to begin. These question cards offer an easy way for line managers to begin leadership coaching. They will be able to guide their coachee to a better self-confidence & how to talk to anyone.

How to Use These Leadership Coaching Cards
- Booked a 30-60 min coaching session. At start explain to your coachee about the coaching session
- Introduce with 76 cards, excluding instruction cards.
- Shuffle through and separate your 4 Leadership question phases into individual piles.
- Start with 'Evaluate' cards, pick relevant questions. Start asking and see what comes up.
- Repeat the above 3 stages: 'Vision', 'Obstacle,' 'Creation.' Explore insights and possibilities.
