I really struggled with the quest 3 in terms of using it for an extended period of time, this is because right from the start even when adjusted to the furthest point my glasses just never seemed to fit well inside.

This new face pad is a great replacement and for me has enough bonuses to keep it over the original one.

For a start, it just sits more comfortable on my head, it is much better at managing movement and I did not have to constantly adjust it to compensate for wearing glasses.

The extras like a flap around the nose area is a nice addition, I found I got less light in than I would normally.

Now for some comments that aren't so positive, I would say it doesn't click in quite properly which can cause light to seep in where it should be secured. The lack of adjustment is a pain as it doesn't give much scope to people with different sized heads, however luckily for me it works better than any of the settings available on the original quest 3.

It's difficult to tell if the PU leather is a pro or a con. I think for me it felt more comfortable but will be more prone to getting warm inside.

At £34 it's an expensive piece of kit just to be comfortable, but let's be honest, you need to be comfortable if you are literally playing with a giant screen and camera on your head. I'm glad I got it and I'll be keeping it on mine.

I was looking for a replacement face pad mainly to stop the fogging.
But this is not the solution.
Extremely uncomfortable to wear, seems to put more pressure on your face than the original.
The nose cover is sharp and cuts into your nose causing severe irritation.
Also the anti fog vents let in too much light and do not stop the lens steaming up.
In fact I found them to fog up worse than the original face plate.

Had this for a little while. Not compatible with charging dock, as others have stated, quite alot of light leakage around the headset hinge areas. and there is no way to adjust the interface so it makes the headset feel squashed upto your face

The foam itself is comfortable, but too many nit-picky problems with this one.

The stock face pad on the Quest 3 is much better than the Quest 2 imo, but still had room for improvement. This face pad brings that improvement, with being much more comfortable for long sessions, along with being easier to wipe clean if things end up getting sweaty!

The air vents on top are a fantastic idea to help with fogging, and I've personally not noticed the light leak issues others have mentioned, though I can see how these could happen in a brighter room. The main complaints I have about are the silicon nose cover being a little uncomfortable (though this might ease up with use), and the fact there's no asjustment like on the stock interface.

If you need the adjustability of the stock interface, then I don't think I could recommend this. Otherwise though, it's absolutely worth picking up if you're looking for a comfort upgrade!

I purchased this in an attempt to reduce the sweat while playing in vr. This face plate is easy to install and is very comfortable. The material does not absorb sweat and stays cool while wearing it. One down side is the nose piece is tight and will pinch your nose a bit. It's not a deal breaker though.
It's a great value for the money.

The padding is great.
It's offers excellent stability.

This interface is more comfortable than the stock one. It's also better at blocking out light. You get 2 pads and a lens protector to block out sunlight when not in use. This bundle offers good value.

Note: this interface also works well with halo head-straps. Some other brands, such as the AMVR one, do not because of the shape of the frame.
