It's been a couple of months since I've had these now and the large knife has started to rust - not sure how this could be for stainless steel. Also, the knives seem to lose sharpness quickly as they don't seem to cut soft veggies as easily as before (i.e. tomatoes). I'm giving it 3 stars as they were cheap, but the rusting and dullness has put me off a bit. Note that these knives were handwashed and not washed in the dishwasher according to the wash instructions.
