Fits well and has easy instructions to follow. Couple of options for mounting and fits snug. Attachments to the vehicle mount well and adjust firm. Have used this with MTB bikes so far…not sure how confident I’d be about 3 though 🤷‍♂️ Does say it’ll hold 3 but think this would be if you had 3 smaller bikes.
MTB frames do fit but you’ll need to strap a bungee cord at one just to make sure…👌
All in all, very happy with the rack and allows for quick mounting and dismounting. Hassle free transport 👏👏

However, it’s designed for full size, adult bikes (which I hadn’t seen/wasn’t obvious) and trying to attach child/ladies bikes wouldn’t work. Online seems to suggest an adaptor is needed, but didn’t have available.

Really Impressed with this Carrier, easy to fit and remove (couple of minutes each way) very light weight yet feels really strong.
Some of the bolts need tightened into position and the rubber mounts to fix the bikes need adjusted and this requires a bit of trial and error but once set and tightened up that's it for good, one small problem I found was that with the spacing of the aluminium arms being fixed a ladies bike I was attempting to mount took several tries to get a space on the bike frame to match up with the mountings but I did manage it eventually.

Good sturdy product but proved a little too close for comfort on the back of a saloon as the middle straps kept slipping away mid journey. That being said, the upper and lower straps did their job well and held on to the car with 3 bikes on tow.

It's worth noting that given the unusual shapes of frame for kids bike these days, it proved a right handful of a job to get the bikes mounted but that's a problem manufactured by the bike design and not the carrier.

At this price range, I'm okay with this purchase but it would help if the description made it clear that it's ideal for hatchbacks rather than say it fits most cars! Reason being and having used the carrier, the positioning of the straps are clearly intended for hatchbacks.

Really impressed by this. Once I knew how to install it I could put it on in just a couple of minutes and have had no issues with it functionally in the slightest. I have a VW Golf. If you're looking for a cheap rack this is the one for you. I did purchase a set of bungee cord as well just to keep it extra secure and I recommend you do the same.

I had two bikes on it at one point and couldn't imagine getting a third on there, so it might be optimistic to claim that it takes three.
It might, but I wouldn't try it.

My only gripe is that the attachment straps do seem to loosen a bit during a short journey, making me anxious about how secure the bikes were ont he back. I stopped a few times to check and usually had to tighten or even reattach one of the straps.
This might just be my fault for not finding the correct attachment points, but I spent quite a while finding the best position for mounting the carrier and still feel a bit nervous when driving with bikes on the back.

Still, it seems very good value for the quality you get, and hopefully with more experience, I'll feel better about using it.

Bought this back in 2016 and since then I'm still using it. As many have said this is best used for hatchbacks which to be honest they are the majority on the road these days. So the "most vehicles" description is accurate.

So far I have only had 2 bikes loaded which are hybrids(same as mountain bikes), I have not tried 3 yet. I think it is possible though. You can definitely fit 3 road/cyclocross bikes.

The way I install it I work from the top to the bottom, put some weight onto the rack (pull down on it) when you are tightening the bottom straps. After attaching the bikes tighten the straps more and pull the rack down again when you are tightening the bottom straps.

Another way to tell if it's tightened enough (especially the top and bottom straps) is if the black sponge is compressed by at least half of it's usual size for where it's contacted with the back window and boot lip.

After doing a few blocks down the road when it's all attached I always jump out and check if the straps are still secure, especially before going on the motorway.

I would recommend using bungee cables to tie the bikes together to keep them from swaying and tie the front wheels to keep them from moving.
