Purchased after measuring the heat build up around my xbox which is housed inside the tv cupboard stand. Works a treat, auto turned on after approx 20mins gaming - as the heat increased so did its fan speed. Very quite fan, continued operating after approx 10 mins after turning the xbox off. The LED lights can be turned off if you wish and the extra USB ports at the front of the machine are a bonus (plugged in my wireless trackball and steering wheel connections).

I was having issues with my XBox X always over heating. To be honest I was surprised by how often it was happen as I don't have it in a place that it should have an issue with air flow. Any way, I decided to buy this to help it stop over heating and it's worked. It's a great piece of kit. You just slide it on to the top of the Xbox, and you can easily remove it again if you need to. Once you turn the console on it will either automatically turn on or come on when the temp gets too high. It has been doing a great job so far and I've had no issues since getting this. The colours are really nice as well as they flash in the background whilst I game. It's also really quiet so it won't wake anybody up while you have some late night gaming.
