Stable. I do 24kg step ups and my wife does push ups and it doesn't move an inch.
Grippy top that add to the feeling of stability when in use.
No construction required.
Very easily adjustable by removing the supports.

very light to carry and cane be used indoors or outdoors
Can be extended by purchasing the 2 extra bases (I have these and it is just as stable) and can add another stepper and the long board to increase its functionality.
Highly durable.

The smaller stepping area means that it is limited to a small range of exercises
Too light and small to be used for jumping exercises.
It is plastic so not good for the environment.

Identique aux steps américains, ses 4 rehausses sont très faciles à manipuler et à empiler. Très stable sur un tapis de gym peu épais, sa conception ajoute un amorti pour les sauts, contrairement à la marque allemande plus connue. Il me permet de faire les mêmes exercices faits en rééducation post-op d'un genou et ainsi continuer le renforcement à la maison en travaillant la pliométrie, l'agilité, la rapidité, le cardio, etc. Très satisfaite pour l'instant.
