Yesterday I put this together, which very easy install, just screw the parts together, hand tighten and your done. It did not go well, I poured some water in the floor and it gave me a bigger mess to cleanup, it left water behind. Today I thought I would give it a chance to redeem itself and so far it has. My cats spilled their water bowl and food bowl while playing, causing a huge mess. So I grabbed the Floor Squeegee to get the food and the water in more of puddle instead of all over the floor. Surprisingly it worked very well and I was very pleased, that it only took a few minutes to cleanup, then I grabbed some paper towels and dried the floor up and then cleaned it. I have not used the Floor Squeegee to scrub a floor or shower yet, I don't think it will be a problem . Although I am still on the fence about. I guess maybe I used it wrong yesterday, maybe it was the way I was holding it, like the angle or maybe it has a frontside and a backside, but I don't think it does. It didn't say anything about the way you hold in the description or video on the storefront. But either way it worked today. I am giving it 4 stars because it did not work yesterday, but it worked today and I also think the should include an attachment for drying.

As a house hold with 4 girls and a shedding dog I mainly wanted this to help get all of the excess hair out of my carpet that the vacuum misses or in-between vacuuming's. I am short, at only 5'1'' and I wish the handle was just a few inches taller. I can only imagine how much my husbands back would hurt after using this for any length of time. I also had to glue the handle onto the top part as it kept twisting off while trying to use it (again, where I think it needs a few more inches added would help). But it did what I wanted it to do and did get up a lot of excess hair and overall very happy with it after gluing on the handle. The swivel head is an added bonus to help get into those tight spaces and the squeegee has a very nice thickness to it and I foresee it lasting a long time and not breaking down easily.

I was really excited to receive it as I needed to replace my old small squeegee.
However, upon receiving it and assembling it, I wasn’t impressed at all.
The blade is a thick foam. It skips when I use it on either shower floor or glass.
I prefer a silicone or rubber blade instead of this.

Maybe I got a dud or something, but the foam from the squeegee is having issues. I’m not sure why they used foam instead of a rubber or silicone squeegee in the first place, but as you can see in the photo, there is a black residue that comes out of this thing.

It’s not the floor being gross or anything either, because I used a different silicone squeegee on the same floor in a different area, and all I got was water and hair, not whatever weird black stuff that only trailed after this one…

Maybe I got a dud, but the thing is this squeegee wasn’t obviously falling apart or anything, it just looked like a generic foam panel, which to me in itself is the problem. I get that because foam is flexible and all that it supposedly handles grout lines in tile better, but there are definitely rubber and silicone squeegees that, with finer tips to their blades can be the best of both worlds.

I’m not sure if this is already starting to deteriorate (hence the black residue) or if it’s just a dud, but the fact that they picked a material that deteriorates so quickly in the first place is kind of a problem.

Unless you have heavily textured or really small tiles, maybe stick with a rubber or silicone squeegee instead? This one, at least for me, was pretty bad…

This isn't what I expected and I didn't realize it would be different from other squeegee brooms I own. This has a blade of foam. I really didn't think it would work

My rubber blade ones I use for all sorts of tasks- some I keep for hard floors like kitchen etc (work great for pet spills), some I even use outside to clear snow off deck etc.

This foam one isn't as effective as those and also has some significant limitations. I would not recommend using outside or rough surfaces. But I have found that this foam head works well for cat litter spills and smaller items when you are on smooth surfaces. I think this is an OK broom at an OK price, but I feel like there are better versions out there and I would not recommend
