This is a pair of adapters to change from an older iPhone and iPad lightning socket and turning it into a more modern USB-C plug.
They work flawlessly to enable the use of a microphone for iPhones to be used with an Android tablet and newer iPad Air 4th Gen too.
The adapters feel solid and durable although mainly plastic. A well made product that can be very useful

These adapters are keeping my otherwise perfectly working microphone units functional after upgrading my kit to the newer USB-C range from Apple. I was waiting to upgrade the phone as I didn’t want to replace all my stuff but these little adapters allow the legacy lightning connector fitted microphones to connect to my 16 Pro handset. Works well.

Nifty little adapter to keep lightning cables going as move over to USB-C becomes prevalent.
Fits firmly over lightning connector. No issues or lag seen with charging times.
Decent price for two-pack.
Only issue is the white plastic part of the connector is larger than Apples own USB-C connector. So may be an issue if you have a case with a snug slot for the charger. Maybe this adapter wont fit.

Tengo unos micrófonos inalámbricos con conector Lightning muy buenos y no quería deshacerme de ellos al cambiar el iPhone con la nueva entrada USB-C, pero había probado con otros adaptadores y no había funcionado correctamente. En este caso sí. A la primera y sin problemas.

Ho un paio di microfoni senza fili, di buona qualità, specifici per iphone, con spina Lightning, che mia figlia non usa (su iphone 13) e mi seccava lasciarli lì ad ammuffire, quindi ho cercato un adattatore.
Ne avevo già un tipo a casa ma non funzionava. Ho poi scoperto che serviva solo per la ricarica o il trasferimento dati.
Quindi ne ho preso un altro, adatto alle cuffie con microfono, pensando andasse bene...nisba. il microfono veniva riconosciuto ma non riceveva alimentazione sufficiente.
Allora mi sono informato ed ho appreso che si può convertire da lightning ad usb-c, ma serve un adattatore specifico all'uso che se ne deve fare.
1) ricarica/trasferimento dati
2) cuffie cablate
3) OTG/microfoni senza fili
A me serviva un adattatore della terza categoria, ecco tutto.
E finalmente, con questo adattatore, sono riuscito a far funzionare i microfoni per apple sul mio Google Pixel.
Funziona a meraviglia e non ho di che lamentarmi.
