These two bowl holder grips seemed to be the perfect answer for me. I have a Ninja speedy and I am always burning myself trying to get the bowl out. Also I make caramel in the microwave and the bowl gets really hot.
The concept is simple enough and the grip part is silicone.
I found the shape quite awkward to use and if the lip of the container is not very big (as in the Ninja Pan), then they had a tendency to twist and slip and I nearly lost the pan on the floor a couple of times.
If you are using a hot bowl or something of the nature they do not work too bad, however, I found that I had to really sneeze them and my grip is not as good as it was and I could not keep the pressure up. Also because of their shape, I could not put them onto the bowl properly when it was in the microwave and I risked boiling caramel spilling.
At £8.99 they are a fair price, but I would nut trust them with a container of scalding liquid or really hot contents.
