Simply unpack the heater, use the regulator supplied and connect a butane gas cylinder

IMPORTANT TIPS:

The heater consumes air for fuel burning; proper ventilation is crucial.

Butane gas is recommended indoors. It ensures efficient fuel burning while producing minimal emissions, maintaining air quality for a comfortable and healthy environment.

Be sure to perform a leakage test before using the unit by applying a 50/50 mixture of soap and water solution on all connections and make sure that when you turn it on, there are no bubbles showing on all connections.

Please note: To turn the heater off you need to stop the gas flow from the gas regulator; stop the gas supply then put the knob into the first position.

I ordered 2 items at the same time for my restaurant. I turned on 1 first to use and it was ok. The weather changed so I had to turned on the other one. The problem was that got really strong gas smell. I tried to contact with the seller first to ask that can I please get replacement. However, their customer service is so poor. They said that just return and they fix it but I had to pay the return fees. Making so much difficult things to help. I bet you that they didn't want to help to fix or customer service. I had to contact with ��غ��, they helped me to ask for return for refund (that didn't accept by the Seller) but still be charged for return fees. I would pay return fees if this was my problem like I ordered wrong item or sth... but the quality of product was bad so I wanted replacement rather return cause I really need that for my business not money. I received the message from the seller with the content as they are not happy to give me free return ship and return money because they need to pay labor.... First time that I can see the professional business to deal the problem with customer like their way. I had to pay extra money for someone to help me to fix it. Trust me, their customer service is completely bad especially after-care for customers.
