from what i was able to tell from the photos i could connect it to my cage rig handle but it only came with the cold shoe connector. Also there is no cable for the touch screen so still have to use the controls on the camera. also why do they give you a 1 meter hdmi cable? maybe because the connectors on the screen at on its right hand side, and the connectors for pretty much every camera in the world are on the left! stupid design. screen looked pretty decent when i turned it on but i really couldn’t compare it to my camera built in screen as of course it turns off

This is a really good quality screen and well made. I did a lot of research before purchasing and am pleased with my choice. The only downside as someone has already mentioned is that when in the screen is off, a red standby light is shown which I guess will just drain the battery down when not in use. So the battery always needs to be removed when not being used.

If, like me, you have poor eyesight, you may find it difficult to see the image on your DSLR’s viewfinder. For me, manually focusing is a almost impossible. The larger screen size of the Neewer FW568 means I can now focus with confidence, and review the footage on the spot with decent sound quality. There are more sophisticated touch screen options available, but if like me, you just need to guarantee your shots are in focus, this is a great value for money option. I mostly shoot interviews with a two camera set up, and I could afford to buy one for each camera. It also comes with an excellent protective case. I would highly recommend this product.
