I contacted the seller and their reply was within 30 minutes and immediately said they would refund the cost of the next day delivery which was received within a couple of days.The item then arrived the next day after my contact with the seller. Because the seller was quick to respond and rectify my issue I would definitely buy from them again as the customer service was so good.
