Good, entertaining, action movie with some houmorous scenes. Yep, similar to John Wick but more along the lines of Taken considering the ages (& the acting experience) of the main actors; Bob, Connie & Christopher. Great soundtrack too particularly Nina Simone's 'Don't let me be misunderstood.

    However this changes when it is clear that even he has a history when burglars break into his home, he returns to that past of his, that 'nobody knew he had'

    It is a great film and not wanting to say anymore here, so just watch it - you will not be dissapointed.

    Too often these days if it's not a big budget film people pay less interest and that's a shame. This I'd one of those films that went a little under the radar but really does deserve a bigger audience. Great cast, great action and a lot of fun, if you like action films then you really should not let this one pass you by.

    I've seen hundreds of films in the last year alone, and this is one of, if not, the BEST.
    Perfect mix of action, humour, antihero, underdog and realistic fights - it's nice to see it look realistic instead of the hero being inactive for years yet absolutely perfect when they're pushed back into action. It really feels like this could go on in the real world!
    I don't recognise most of the actors, but they're better than some of the more popular - seems so genuine and it really adds to the charm of this film.

    I'm mid 20s and female and I enjoy action films with gritty violence, also dark comedy and antihero tropes, and this is the perfect film.

    I truly feel like everyone (of the age certificate of course) needs to see this film because it is so utterly astounding. Really looking forward to the next one!!

    It's a basic plot similar to that to John wick except what we have here is a guy who definitely looks his age and you wouldn't instantly assume that he would be as capable as he is but apparently he is and it happens to be a comedic actor who's also famous for possibly one of the most successful shows from AMC which also happens to be connected to another show that happens to be at spinoff. Honestly I'm not going to talk about that one and to be fair I have not seen those shows quite yet but eventually I'm going to have to. Regardless of circumstances I did find the opportunity to watch this film and I can't deny that I had a blast watching it. In fact I saw it twice now and it's gone to a point where I knew that if there was an opportunity I would indeed enjoy the film on multiple viewings. Basically it had to be included. Blu-ray as well and from what I've noticed the actual behind the scenes footage isn't as good as it could have been but I'm not complaining. I'm still extremely happy to have this along with others. Now whether there's going to be a sequel to this I don't know. Personally I didn't think so considering what the ACT I had to do in order to keep going but I guess it's a likely chance that he will be coming back but if anything it could just be a rumor so if anything does come about then I'm all good and ready for it if it turns out to be just as good.
