I generally have great trust in Nutri Advanced supplements and CurcuDyn Forte did not disappoint.
I got this for my partner who was having issues with his knees which were sore, slightly inflamed and kept troubling him.
After taking this for one month there was considerable improvement, so much so that there hasn't been any knee issues over the the past few weeks.
I think this is a good keeper for long term support.

I have used the Nutri brand before and find it to be of great quality. I used this as I have the beginning of osteo-arthritis in my knee which I attribute to an old sports injury. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to have helped much with that.

A friend who swears by Boswellia tablets recommended I tried these for my knees. Especially first thing in the morning my knees are stiff and sore when I try to bend them. Going downstairs for the first time is, or rather was, a slow business.

I have being taking a pill every day for three weeks with outstanding (couldn't resist it) results. I didn't notice any changes, rather, suddenly today, I realised that my knees didn't ache. Nor had they ached for several days. I had simply not thought about them. Rather than risk a relapse I shall continue the tablets.

Suffice it to say that I am very happy with these CurcuDyn Forte Curcumin capsules from Nutri Advanced and am likely to buy more. With the addition of boswellia and ginger it has good ingredients at decent strengths and good value. They are easy to swallow and tasteless with no unpleasant or unwanted side effects so far.

This is a blend of herbal extracts from Nutri Advanced. The main active ingredients are turmeric extract, Boswellia extract and Ginger root extract. It contains some additional herbal extracts and vitamins C and D. I do like the fact that exact expected amounts of extracts and strengths of some extracts are specified in the ingredients list - that's a good sign of a good quality supplement.

The capsules are vegetarian-friendly. There are 30 capsules in the packet (not 60 as wrongly specified in the product listing title).

A good friend of mine, now an octogenarian, swears by turmeric for relieving joint pain. I don't have any health problems, but I'm very keen to stay that way, so for the last few years have been trying to add turmeric to my diet. Turmeric root has been lurking in my freezer for some time, but I hardly ever use it as I'm not much of a cook - and I'm not too keen on ending up with yellow fingers!

Turmeric supplements are a handy solution, and I have recently tried several different brands, with and without the addition of black pepper and ginger. These CurcuDyn Forte capsules offer something new to me - a combination of curcumin, boswellia, ginger, vitamin C and vitamin D. Boswellia I had to google - interestingly it's the source of frankincense, and apparently modern science has proven that it is also antiarthritic.

When you try a supplement for the first time, it's difficult to write a meaningful review, apart from saying that the capsules are easy enough to swallow! However, the brand comes with good credentials - very important when buying supplements online. Their nutritional supplements are science backed, and they're part of Metagenics, the global leader in micronutrition. These capsules are also suitable for vegetarians - as a vegetarian, I always check for this.

However, I have a bit of an issue with the price of this product. The listing is for "Nutri Advanced - CurcuDyn Forte - Curcumin, Boswellia and Ginger - 60 Capsules". However, I only received 30, so one month's supply rather than 2 months' - and the 5th picture down on the left of the page shows 30 capsules on the label, not 60. The listing needs amending to clarify whether you get one or two months' supply - and I would definitely need to know this before considering buying any more.

My bones are not as young as they used to be (I've started to get creaky knees!) and I never had an aching back till a few years ago. Suppose time and gravity comes to us all...

Was interested in giving these a try as they're not your typical joint supplement ingredients: curcumin, Boswellia, ginger and vitamins D & C.

They're typical supplement size and easy enough to swallow.

The D & C levels are quite low and I assume they're there to help absorption of the ingredients.

Definitely helping take the edge of the aches!
