Is it suitable for Atkins Diet?

Yes, Nutri-Align Multivit follows Dr Atkins recommendations regarding nutritional supplement support for the Atkins Diet. Many Atkins dieters take Multivit instead of Atkins Basic 3 product (which has been discontinued by Atkins Nutritionals).

Is it suitable for fasting and OMAD?

Multivit is not suitable for extended fasting (EF). It includes green tea extract which may cause nausea if taken on an empty stomach. You can take Multivit during intermittent fasting (IF) and OMAD. Make sure to take it together with food and not during your fasting window.

Do I need Multivit after I stop dieting?

Many people choose to stay on low-carb after reaching their target weight, as a healthier lifestyle choice. You can continue taking Multivit for its long-term health support benefits. Reduce the dosage to 1-2 capsules per day for ongoing lifestyle support.

HOW TO TAKE THIS SUPPLEMENT

For Ketogenic Diets (Keto, Atkins Phase 1)

Take 3 capsules a day with meals. Ideally, spread them out throughout the day - for example, take one capsule each with breakfast, lunch and dinner. If that's not possible, it's ok to take all three capsules at once. Do not take on an empty stomach (may cause nausea due to green tea extract).

For OMAD and Intermittent Fasting

Take 3 capsules a day with meals. Do not take during your fasting window to avoid digestive upset.

For Ongoing Low-Carb Lifestyle Support (Atkins Phases 2-4, LCHF)

Take 1-2 capsules a day with meals. Do not take on an empty stomach (may cause nausea due to green tea extract).
