Bought a New one but feels like a “Used One”
I bought this as I loved the look of the controller, I must say it does feel good in hand with that rubber grip on the back. However, I don’t believe for one second that this product is NEW! I’ve been sent this product which looks like it’s been used before, I’ve paid full price for this which is a “New” controller. If you look at the images you’ll see that it has some chips in it, and has been dented! It also had some marks of dirt on it which are quite hard to notice in pictures. And the back of the controller where the batteries goes, it’s completely Mis-aligned as you can see one side has a bigger gap then the other. Not sure who to contact regarding this problem

    Ordered this as a replacement for the original Xbox one controller that I've had for years.

    I found this when looking for the combat pro controller, however I opted for this as it appeared almost identical in the way of performance, I.e. grips, and detailing etc. and it was also cheaper than the combat controller. I also chose this as it was an official Microsoft controller and so you know the quailty and standard of what you're getting. The white and teal colours look excellent and it's great no longer having to use the headset adapter as this has the standard 3.5mm connection directly into it.

    The first one I received wouldn't sync to my Xbox so I returned it and received a perfectly working one the day after, so I have no complaints about this as these things happen.

    You could up the ante by opting for the Xbox one elite controller however for more than double the price I couldn't justify it and this does the job perfectly as it is.

    I would 100% recommend this controller to any gamer, avid or casual. Perfect for pretty much any game, although it's mainly used for fifa and fortnite.

    Having to Buy 2 more of these for our Xbox One S As I purchsed 2 of these 2 years ago now this November, They both lasted just over a year before the Left rudder became dodgy.. This was a Fault with the Rubber that surrounds the Stick so not 100% sure if thats a thing or if its a main fault but anyway, Worked well & were just like the originals upto the point of playing up

    Dies ist nun mein 2tes Xbox One S (2016+) Gamepad, da mein anderes leider der Linke Analog Stick irgendwie den Geist aufgegeben hat.
    die Gamepads sind Super gut verarbeitet und Hochwertig! da ich regelrecht Controller/Gamepads Sammle, kommt für mich was das allgemeine 3d Gaming angeht nur der Xbox One S Controller oder der Nintendo Switch Pro Controller in Frage (dieser aber leider keine Analogen Schulter Trigger hat)

    Dazu hat mich das Design des Sports sehr angesprochen, eine Frische Helle Farbe mit dem angenehmen Gummipadding an den Griffen, das silberne Digipad passt auch Super! der Special "Druck" ist hochwertig in das Gamepad eingearbeitet und nicht einfach nur ein Aufkleber! allgemein würde ich absolut jedem der ein Allround Gamepad sucht ein Xbox One S Pad empfehlen!
