First of all I like to congratulate prowise for this premium packaging. I have been their regular customers and bought few products in the past. I am aware about curcumin benefits as there is so much stuff available online now a days. But after more details research about Novasol I was convenience that claims of higher Bioavailability is something which i should try then normal turmeric curcumin tablets/capsules.
I wanted to try these as curcumin is supposed to be good for inflammation and has many other added benefits. Due to my age and active lifestyle my knee is starting to complain but i dont want to take pharmaceuticals products as i am always believer of natural ingredients as they don't have any foreign material.
These liquid capsules are small i would say and easy to take with small amount of water. The small round bottle contains 60 capsules which is easy to store or carry if you travel a lot. There was a nice surprise so this bottle is a months supply as you consumed 2 capsules a day with food.
Another interesting part it comes with Vitamin D my favorite supplements which i believe should take throughout year as NHS website has so much data about vitamin D which also means i don't have to take any other extra supplements
So far inflammation is much better and my knee feels good within short period of time. If these capsules makes me feel same what i am feeling now will continue to buy forever.
