5 LEDs to indicate percentage of water in the brake fluid. 1%-2% water content indicate the fluid still can be used, 3%-4% shows you need to change new fluid to keep safe-driving. Change brake fluid if percentage is more than 3%.
The 5 LEDs show the water content in the brake fluid from 0% to more than 3% in 5 steps. Brake fluid tester can be used for brake fluid of DOT 3/4/5 (Today the original brake fluid is DOT4 +).
Turn on the tester by pressing the button above. The green LED starts to light up. Hold the test sticks for a while in the brake fluid. Then the test result is displayed with the LEDs and the tester will switches off automatically after 12 seconds.
The tester can be used as a digital brake fluid tester suitable for determining brake fluid quality. Developed for professional use in automotive repair shops and in servicing.

Replace the battery as soon as the green light is off when you press the button. Clean the test pins after each use with tap water.
If skin or clothing has come into contact with brake fluid, clean the affected areas with water.
Do not expose the brake fluid to air for extended periods of time, as it will strongly attract moisture.
