Original set ordered were received with terrible scratches across the top, so I requested a return, parceled up and sent them back. To avoid any delay I ordered a replacement and paid for them. You can imagine my horror when checking through my orders I came across the return my accident and suddenly remembered I hadn't heard anything about my refund. I emailed the company today (14.11.21) to be told they had not yet received the return. Wrong, having checking with Hermes tracking the faulty returned scales were delivered to this company on the 13th September and yet they have not automatically issued the refund and are now denning actually receiving the return parcel. Buyer be ware definitely comes to mind. I've been using bathroom scales to weigh heavy items listed for sale on eBay by initially weighing myself, then weighing myself again holding the boxed item. Whilst accurate weight obtained sometimes not easy holding said item. I wanted something small, accurate and not expensive. These scales were a really good low price are extremely accurate and similar size to bathroom scales. I can also use to weigh my teacup chihuahua. Actual scale plate badly marked so returned first scale, but unfortunately the replacement ser is just as marked, scratched but for the price can't really complain. Highly recommended..
