I read through a lot of reviews on about 10 different benches and decided on this one mainly because it was mentioned as being sturdy and that's what matters most to me. Well I'm so happy I made the right choice, this bench is extremely solid when locked in place, there's no movement whatsoever. It's got firm padding but comfortable and seems to be really well made, the positions are easy to adjust and feel very secure. I'm 6"1 and it is just long enough to still support my head when laying down. The back can be changed to many positions from almost upright down to decline. Took 5 minutes to put together, really easy, and next day delivery. Very happy!

Bemch feels sturdy and strong. For a home use item at this price i believe this is very well made. Ths bench has easy quick release screw pins for changing the angle. The bench is easy to move around. The padding feels firm, durable and is comfortable. The decline on the bench is good to put the body into better position when laying face down performing hamstring curls with ( sold separately ) ankle cuffs, training bands and door anchors. Before using this bench i was laying on a wooden box to perform dumbell chest presses. The width of this bench is better because it allows for better scapular movement when lowering the weights to chest. I am 5'7 ft and my feet touch the ground flat for extra stability when pressing. Other benches the feet can dangle or not touch floor flat and that's just an issue for people of a shorter height but people liftimg weights dont come too much shorter than me so this bench should suit most people. Top product for home use and price.

Was looking for a particular bench, as I needed something that was portable, foldable and easily stored. This ticked all 3 boxes.

I live in a flat where there's not as much room as you'd hope, so having something I can easily pull out and unfold quickly is great. It's like having a gym at home.

Comes with a lumbar pad, and the material of the bench is surprisingly quite good considering the price. However, with the padding material, I do expect it to deteriorate after a while, as the padding/cushioning just doesn't hold the "firm" factor. But this is the only issue I have with it, and it's expected from the price.

Love the different angles of decline and incline you can adjust, with both the back and seat.

Overall a great bench to have!

Having become frustrated with my 2 year old adjustable, folding weight bench I decided to try to find one that addressed my main frustrations:
1. Quick Bench Angle Adjustment (old one used fiddly pins, one of which bent slightly after a few months)
2. Folded Compactness (old one folded fairly flat, but was very long meaning it still had the same footprint!)

I have to say I am REALLY chuffed with this new purchase!! Not only does it completely address the issues with my old bench:
1. Quick Bench Angle Adjustment - the new one has pull and slide adjustment takes 2-3 seconds to slide to the desired position!
2. Folded Compactness - the new one folds in to half the length and easily tucks away into a fraction of its unfolded footprint. (see the photo where it's stored away by my running machine and another where it is between my adjustable dumbells.

...but it was UNBELIEVABLE quick and simple to put together. I would say, conservatively, it took me less than 5 minutes to unpack and put together on my own. 4 bolts with nuts, 1 pin/rod, 3 screw in dials - amazing! See the photos of the tiny amount of parts. I also took a photo of the instructions as they are very clear and in multiple languages.

I also have to mention the packaging it came in - it was very well thought out and protected it in transit. I mention this because I've ordered a few bigger items over the years and have never been impressed with the packaging with something always bashed and scratched. I was so impressed with the tidiness of the packaging I took a few photos!

Only two things could be better IMHO:
1. Instructions Re Folding - there are no instructions on how to fold. Don't get me wrong, it was dead easy to work out, still, I would have thought they could have put a paragraph or photo in the instructions to help some people out.
2. Lock in Place When Folded - once the bench is folded there is no way to lock it in place. Again, don't get me wrong, it's not a problem, it stands/rests against something pretty securely. I just think it would be nice to be able to lock it in the folded position somehow. (I have put a bungee cord around it, only because I have an adventurous cat I wouldn't want to have it open on.)

This is probably the longest "review" I've written about anything I have purchased, however I'm really chuffed with this and think it's a bargain (it is cheaper than the one it replaces which will be sold online asap!).

I bought this product after many hours of research. This little bench works great. It is stable and strong.
It was easy to put together and the adjustments are easy.

I also like how it folds out of the way as I do not have a room dedicated to work outs.

The only cons I have is the bench could be wider and a little thicker cushion. The keg bar for me is not adequate. I wish it stuck out a bit further for comfort. At least 3 inches or more.

Questa panca oltre a pesare poco oltre i 17 kg è davvero stabile e comoda.
Unico difetto per voler essere pignoli forse la seduta un filo stretta ma io sono quasi 190 cm e credo che sotto i 180 cm sia comodissima per tutti.
Ma comunque la ricomprerei, è davvero un bel prodotto che non ti fa pentire di averla comprata, anzi ti fa venire voglia di montarla e ri-smontarla anche solo per il gusto di farlo.
A proposito, arriva premontata e si monta in 10 minuti con calma.
Poi per riporla si toglie un perno e si piega e occupa sui 30 cm in profondità, insomma s'infila ovunque.

Cela fait un ans que je l'utile à raison de 5 séance par semaine et je dois dire que le banc est franchement costaud, stable et confortable.

S'il malgré tout il fallait lui trouver des défauts je dirais :

-Léger problème d'alignement entre l'assise et le dossier, il n'y a que quelques degrés d'inclinaison, si je me concentre dessus je peux le sentir mais en réalité ce n'est pas une gène à l'utilisation.
-On regrette de ne pas pouvoir allonger le cale pieds, si mes pieds sont calés banc décliné cela m'oblige à cambrer de manière excessive, pour moi c'est inconfortable, peut-être est-ce dû à ma taille (1.73m).
-Un système permettant de le bloquer réellement en position fermé aurait était le bien venu, le système actuel laisse environ 10-20 degrés de débattement ce qui est un peu gênant pour le transporter replié.

Honnêtement ce ne sont que des broutilles, pour le prix le produit est très bien.
