A range finder is an essential piece of kit for any serious golfer and this Peak Pulse model definitely deserves consideration when purchasing one.
It’s quite standard in size and comes with the expected case, charging lead, carabiner and cleaning cloth. The case isn’t as good as others I’ve used as it needs to be unzipped / zipped between each use, but the range finder itself is magnetic, so anyone who uses carts regularly will appreciate how convenient that is.
The battery is built in and rechargeable using a type C lead. Most important part is actual usage, and I love how easy it is to lock onto a pin. There is a vibration feature confirming the target is locked on which helps prevent against any dodgy readings.
Another great feature is slope measurement which makes distance judgements much more accurate. Changing from metres to yards is just a click and is displayed on the screen.
Overall a great range finder and excellent value for money.
