Ordered two packets. No breakages. Robust tart cases. Perfect for a one-bite mouthful. Firmer, less crumbly, compared to traditional pastry, so filling needs a bit more flavour to counter this. I filled these with mushroom duxelles/chopped sundried tomatoes (with any excess fluid drained). Tested every 2 hrs for retained pastry crispiness. Only after 7+ hrs did the texture really start to soften. Will last 2-3 hrs with ease as long as filling is quite firm. Hope this helps anyone making up the tarts in advance.
