Product description

Milk chocolate mini cups with a jagged cut top to use as canapes with a sweet filling. They are 2.5cm (approx 1") diameter at the top, and carefully packed 72 pieces per outer case. Each cup holds 10ml of filling, so to fill a whole case requires 2 x 800g bags of Callebaut Mousse Powder. Perfect also for chocolate shot glasses at parties. Please note: These items are hand made and can vary in size- within 0.5cm. -

The Dehaeck family have over 70 years of dedicated experience in baking dry pastry. The special recipe was initially developed in a small patisserie in Ypres by Andre Dehaeck and is still the origin of many of our current recipes.
