    I wanted to update the review now that I have been able to compare the BD Atmos media with Tidal via the Firestick. The BD Atmos is streets ahead of the render from the Firestick! For some reason, audio from the Firestick is being rendered at about 20dB below normal levels. The Firestick output has a good bit of nasty digital noise, this is not on the BD disk. Both Todal and the BD are good but the BD is brilliant!

    I was absolutely blown away by the Atmos version of this album. I am lucky that I have a good Atmos system, 11.2 with ceiling speakers, so the audio quality is always good. I have never listened to much Yello music before, but they have truly taken advantage of the Atmos delivery. The sound stage is totally immersive - so much better that the straight 2 channel stereo. It is available on Tidal HiFi (via a Firestick), so at least try it if you can. I look forwards to hearing more Atmos audio :-)

    Another superb production from Yello, literally adding more dimensions to this album.
    I only have 5.1 not Atmos, but its good fun - I wouldn't listen to it in this format on a regular basis, but it is nice as a novelty.
    Beware though, although the packaging says the stereo track is 24/96, its not, its only 24/48.

    Yello est un groupe électro que je suis depuis les années 80, et ils ne m'ont jamais déçu.
    Ce dernier Album est dans la lignée des deux précédents, avec des sons hypers ciselés sur lesquels la voix grave de Dieter meier colle parfaitement à la musique de Boris Blank.
    Cette version en bluray Dolby atmos est une tuerie, il y a toujours des sons en hauteur qui se détachent parfaitement du reste sans que cela ne choque ou fasse artificiel.
    Pour les non équipés atmos, le bluray contient également la version stéréo, et pour ceux qui n'ont pas de lecteurs bluray, l'album existe bien sur en CD, ne vous trompez pas à l'achat !

    Kraftwerk und Yello haben mich schon mein ganzes Leben begleitet. Und beide haben es mit dem modernen 3D-Sound ins neue Jahrtausend geschafft. Von Yello wünsche ich mir, das sie ihren besten Alben ein 3D-Update spendieren und veröffentlichen. Das wäre echt das Sahnehäupchen auf der musikalischen Torte. Klanglich ist hier alles auf allerhöchstem Niveau, wobei ich zugeben muss, das Kraftwerk mit einem Ticken mehr Präzision rüberkommt. Trotzdem spielt Yello hier auf Augenhöhe
